What is a Bio Septic Tank?
A bio septic tank is an eco-friendly sewage treatment system. It uses bacteria and anaerobic digestion in an oxygen-free tank to treat wastewater. Unlike traditional systems, these tanks lead to useful bi-products like biogas and recycled water, significantly increasing overall cost-efficiency.
How It Works
When sewage water enters the bio tanks, the solid and liquid waste are separated into different chambers:
- Solid Waste: Drops to the bottom and is broken down by natural bacteria.
- Digestion: Bacteria digest the solid waste, leaving treated water to flow into the next chamber.
- Aerobic Reaction: Remaining wastewater is recycled via bacterial reaction, creating water, CO2, and methane.
- Output: The process ensures oxygen elimination, resulting in an odor-free environment.
